1Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the FLUNTZ website at [website URL] and to every course or service you buy from FLUNTZ – Online English Hub. By creating an account, enrolling or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2Our services

FLUNTZ offers online English training, including:

• Level 1 First Flight, Level 2 Rise & Speak, Level 3 PRO-Speak and Level 4 Elite Fluency.
• IELTS & CELPIP exam training.
• Micro lessons, speaking practice, live discussions, trainer support and call support, as described on each course page.

We may update course content, schedules or features to improve learning. Core features listed at the time you enrolled will continue to be provided for your course.

3Eligibility and your account

• You must give accurate and complete details when enrolling.
• Learners under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian.
• Each enrolment is for one learner. Please do not share your login with others.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

4Fees and payment

• Course fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the website at the time of enrolment. [State whether fees include GST.]
• Full payment is required before course access begins, unless an instalment option is offered in writing.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. FLUNTZ does not store your card or UPI details.
• We may change prices for future enrolments. Price changes do not affect courses you have already paid for.

5Course duration and lifetime access

Each course runs for the duration stated on its page (for example, 3, 4 or 5 months). "Lifetime access" means access to the micro lessons and call support for your course for as long as FLUNTZ continues to operate the service. [Confirm and define exactly what lifetime access includes.]

6Scheduling and attendance

Sessions are arranged at times that suit you, subject to trainer availability. Please inform your trainer at least [number] hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled. [Add your missed-session policy.]

7Learner conduct

• Be respectful to trainers and other learners.
• Do not record, copy or share live sessions or materials without written permission.
• Do not post offensive, abusive or unlawful content in group discussions.

We may suspend access for learners who break these rules, without a refund.

8Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, micro lessons, worksheets, the FLUNTZ name and logo belong to FLUNTZ or its licensors. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning only and may not be copied, resold or distributed.

9Certificates

An e-certificate is issued when you complete the requirements of your course. It confirms completion of a FLUNTZ course and is not an official exam result or a government-recognised qualification.

10IELTS & CELPIP training

FLUNTZ provides preparation and training only. We are not the organisers or official partners of the IELTS or CELPIP exams. Exam registration, fees and results are managed by the official test providers. Scores depend on your own preparation and performance, so we cannot guarantee a particular band or score.

11Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12Limitation of liability

We work hard to provide a high-quality service, but we are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party platform issues outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [city, state].
